CAPE TOWN - The family of a 70-year-old Cape Town woman who was allegedly raped by a SANDF member, says they are angry the justice system has let them down.
This after the rape case was withdrawn by the National Prosecuting Authority following the passing of the victim.
DNA results were also apparently not available because of the massive backlog at the forensics labs.
But the Human Rights Commission says it plans to take the matter further.
